Treatments

The treatment is one part of the plan. The care behind it is what matters. Each treatment has its own intake and independent clinical review including a lab panel. Combined-treatment enrollment will be available soon.

Compounded treatment is prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. It is not FDA-approved and is not a generic or substitute for any brand-name product. Treatment is available only if a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Plenivida Health is a longevity-focused care platform built around a simple idea: your health deserves attention that extends beyond a single appointment or treatment.

We bring together personalized care across weight management, peptide therapies, and other health optimization programs, with an emphasis on individual needs, informed decisions, and ongoing support.

Our philosophy is simple: Longevity care that stays on your case.

The Plenivida Founding Cohort is our inaugural group of 100 members joining Plenivida at the beginning of our journey.

Founding Cohort members receive exclusive benefits designed to recognize their early commitment to Plenivida, including a lifetime price lock on their qualifying initial peptide protocol, priority order fulfillment, dedicated provider communication, early access to eligible new protocols, and opportunities to help shape the patient experience.

Founding Cohort membership does not bypass clinical evaluation or guarantee a prescription. Every treatment decision remains subject to the independent clinical judgment of a licensed healthcare professional.

Founding Cohort enrollment is confirmed when your treatment protocol has been approved by a licensed provider and your initial payment has been successfully processed. Completing an intake form or pre-authorizing a payment card does not, by itself, secure a Founding Cohort spot.

The first 100 eligible Founding Cohort members receive five exclusive benefits, subject to the applicable program terms:

  • Lifetime Price Lock on Your Initial Peptide Protocol: The medication prices and eligible costs specified in your approved initial peptide protocol are locked for as long as your enrollment remains continuously active. If you cancel or discontinue your enrollment and later return, then-current pricing will apply. The price lock applies to the medications and costs covered by your original agreement; additional medications or changes to your protocol are not automatically covered.
  • Priority Fulfillment & Shipping: Your eligible orders receive priority processing ahead of standard orders in the pharmacy fulfillment queue. This benefit is designed to help your orders move through processing and shipping efficiently. Fulfillment remains subject to clinical approval, medication availability, pharmacy operations, and carrier conditions.
  • Dedicated Concierge Access to Providers: You receive access to priority asynchronous communication through email and messaging in the patient portal for treatment-related questions and care coordination. Response times may vary, and these channels are not intended for medical emergencies.
  • First Access to Eligible New Peptide Protocols: You receive priority consideration for eligible new peptide protocols and optimization programs as they become legally available and complete the necessary clinical and pharmacy reviews. Access depends on applicable requirements and your individual clinical eligibility.
  • Direct Input on the Patient Experience: You have opportunities to provide feedback to Plenivida's founders through monthly feedback sessions, helping shape the development of the patient portal, tracking tools, and educational resources.

Full eligibility requirements, benefit limitations, and the terms of your price lock will be provided during enrollment.

The Founding Cohort is intended for adults aged 18 or older who reside in the United States and meet Plenivida's enrollment requirements.

You must live in a state where the relevant service is available and complete the required intake and clinical review. Eligibility for a specific treatment is determined separately by a licensed healthcare professional.

The Founding Cohort is limited to the first 100 eligible members whose treatment protocol is approved and whose initial payment is successfully processed. A preliminary eligibility result does not guarantee clinical approval or membership.

Getting started with Plenivida follows a straightforward process:

  1. Step 1 — Begin Your Intake: Select your area of interest and begin the enrollment process.
  2. Step 2 — Complete Your Medical Intake: Provide relevant information about your medical history, medications, supplements, health goals, and other factors that may influence treatment decisions.
  3. Step 3 — Review Your Preliminary Eligibility: Based on your intake responses, the platform may indicate whether you appear to pre-qualify for the program. This is an initial screening, not a final clinical decision. If you pre-qualify, you can proceed to request a physician review and select an available program duration: monthly, three months, six months, or twelve months. Your payment card is pre-authorized at checkout.
  4. Step 4 — Receive Your Clinical Review: Your intake is reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional, who independently determines whether treatment is appropriate for you. A prescription is not guaranteed.
  5. Step 5 — Prescription and Fulfillment: If your treatment is approved and prescribed, the prescription is sent to the appropriate licensed U.S. pharmacy for dispensing and fulfillment. Your approved medication is then shipped according to the applicable fulfillment process. Your payment is processed after your intake has been reviewed and your treatment protocol approved, rather than at the moment you check out.
  6. Step 6 — Access Ongoing Support: During your treatment period, you receive access to the applicable provider communication and care coordination channels through the patient portal and email.
  7. Step 7 — Complete Follow-Up Reviews: Follow-up check-ins are generally scheduled every three months for longer-duration programs or monthly for a monthly plan. Additional treatment may require a new review and approval.

Treatment availability, formulations, and suitability depend on your individual circumstances, applicable state requirements, clinical assessment, and pharmacy dispensing requirements. Not every treatment is suitable for every person, and listing a treatment does not guarantee a prescription.

Where compounded medications are involved, the formulation must meet applicable legal requirements and be appropriately prescribed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Yes. Prescription-based treatments require an evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before treatment can be prescribed.

Your evaluation may include a review of your medical history, current medications and supplements, relevant health conditions, goals, and laboratory results when indicated. Additional testing or a consultation may be requested depending on your circumstances.

Completing an intake form or receiving a preliminary eligibility result does not replace the clinician's assessment. Treatment is prescribed only when the clinician determines it is appropriate.

Your intake is reviewed by a licensed medical provider. Depending on your health history, goals, treatment request, and applicable requirements, the provider may request additional information, lab work, or a consultation before making a treatment decision.

No. Completing an intake form or selecting a program does not guarantee treatment. Prescription medications are only provided when a licensed medical provider determines they are clinically appropriate.

No. Joining the Founding Cohort does not guarantee a prescription.

A licensed healthcare professional independently evaluates your health information and determines whether a specific treatment is appropriate for you. A prescription is issued only when clinically appropriate and permitted under applicable requirements.

You are welcome to share your goals and ask about specific treatments, but the prescribing decision remains a clinical one.

Plenivida offers all-in-one programs with monthly, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month options.

Depending on your approved treatment plan, your program includes:

  • A tailored consultation with a U.S.-licensed physician.
  • Applicable laboratory panels.
  • Prescribed medication, including compounded medication where appropriate and legally permissible.
  • Medication delivery.
  • Follow-up consultations.
  • Access to a support channel through the patient portal.

Our website provides pricing for a four-week supply of each listed product. After you complete the intake form, you will be shown the applicable program pricing and inclusions before finalizing enrollment.

At checkout, your payment card is pre-authorized. The actual charge is processed only after your intake has been reviewed and your treatment protocol approved.

Founding Cohort members also receive the exclusive benefits described in the applicable founding-member terms, including the qualifying lifetime price lock.

Clinical evaluations and prescribing decisions are handled by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals who independently determine whether treatment is appropriate for each patient.

Karpa Health LLC operates the healthcare technology used to route patients to the licensed provider network for this program. The assigned provider is responsible for the clinical review and any prescribing decision.

The provider network serves patients across all 50 U.S. states, subject to applicable state licensure requirements and telehealth regulations.

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

No. Plenivida is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

Your treatment plan should reflect your individual health needs, not simply a preference for a particular product or protocol.

The reviewing clinician may consider your medical history, current medications and supplements, relevant symptoms and conditions, health goals, and laboratory results when appropriate. Additional information, testing, or consultation may be requested before a decision is made.

Your preferences and questions are part of the discussion, but a treatment is prescribed only if the clinician determines it is appropriate for you.

Different treatments have different levels of scientific evidence, potential benefits, risks, limitations, and regulatory status. No treatment is risk-free or appropriate for everyone.

We believe informed healthcare decisions require a clear understanding of what is known, what remains uncertain, and what alternatives may be available. Your healthcare professional should explain the relevant risks, potential side effects, monitoring requirements, and alternatives for any treatment being considered.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, and quality before they are marketed in the same way it reviews FDA-approved drugs. Compounded medications are also not the same as FDA-approved generic medications.

Compounding may be appropriate for an individual patient's medical needs when applicable legal requirements are met. The appropriate treatment and formulation must be determined on an individual basis.

Plenivida works with a licensed provider network serving patients across all 50 U.S. states, subject to applicable state licensure requirements and telehealth regulations.

Availability may vary by service, treatment, formulation, and individual circumstances. Not every treatment is necessarily available in every state.

Your state and the availability of the specific service will be considered during enrollment and clinical review.
